In our last newsletter, we featured the new VCP Event Manager App which provides users with a simple way to schedule and coordinate events like webinars, in-person training, brownbag sessions, conferences and workshops.
Event Manager allows users to create private, semi-private and public events and collects demographics information in a secure environment rather than using a public event management site. Non-VCP users can register for semi-private and public events from a public-facing website, and their demographics information can be stored and retrieved within a VCP Initiative. In an effort to add increased value to all users, Argonne is making the Event Manager App available across all initiatives. In order to have the app installed, please contact us at onVCPSupport@anl.gov and we’ll add the app and set up a time for training.
